Blast from the Past: Multidisciplinary Studies in Judicial Education

Should judicial education be broader than legal education? “Multidisciplinary Studies in Judicial Education” by Jane W. Nelson, from the Fall 1988 issue of NASJE News, looks at the value of including social sciences in judicial education and examining the effects of the law upon society. She suggests that there is value in moving course offerings beyond immediate skill development and changes in the law.
