Government ethics scandals are always making the news and judicial educators are not immune to pitfalls of making the wrong decision when faced with an ethical dilemma. This Spring 1988 article, Ethics Issues in Judicial Education, by William A. Melone of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, discusses a number of ethics scenarios that could impact a judicial educator.
