Panel discussions can be a relatively easy way to approach a training topic and can get a lot of information to an audience. However, they can fall flat without careful planning and including ways to actively engage the participants. The article, “Energizing the Panel Discussion”, from the Winter 1990 issue of NASJE News, offers some still-relevant methods of making the most out of a panel.
